How do I start a new discussion or comment on an existing one?

For the meantime, to prevent the website being spammed with advertising and inappropriate content you can only participate if you register with us.

Firstly, log in to the website with the username and password that we emailed you when you registered.

To start a new discussion click on the "Start new discussion" link on the right hand side. A new screen will appear with a space to type in your message. 

To join an existing discussion by leaving a comment, fill out the "Post new comment" box that appears at the bottom of each discussion. If you are logged in, the comment will appear immediately on the website. 

Before submitting any message on the website, you will have the chance to preview how it will look online in order to make any corrections or additions you may have.
